Suggested Use: Can be used directly or simmered in boiling water and used as tea. While cooking chicken, beef or pork soup, 1/4 or 1/3 oz dry maca root can be added to enhance the flavor. Suggested Storage:Store in cool and dry place. Under 32 F is preferred.
